Grim Reaper event: Episode 2

 <-- Previous Chapter

Timmy is still puzzled at the weird requests related to his new heroic quest. What is that weird character he's supposed to check on, the Grim Reaper, up to? And why did they give him that smoking and creepy book?

What's clear now is that the mysterious Reaper keeps asking Timmy to grow plants, level up his cooking skill, and catch some fish:

Timmy is travelling the world and beyond to complete these tasks to the best of his ability, but he also feels like he's still missing the point. What is this Ambrosia everyone keeps talking about, for instance?

Too bad his recurrent "sleep walking episodes" (*are you really sure that's what they are, Timmy?*) kept hindering his investigation.

So one day, while the Reaper was busy discussing the advantages of hiding one's face with a passer-by, Timmy decided to take the initiative.

If the Reaper hadn't revealed their secrets, Timmy thought he would have found them out using his own methods.

Actually, this time I'm curious too... So go, Timmy, record the secret conversations of the Grim Reaper like only a true Strangerville's hero could do!

^Translation: All those tombstones? Just some cardboard and duct tape."

Uhm, I'm afraid this isn't really helpful, Timmy, now I have even more questions than before...

After many useless attempts, Timmy eventually decided to ask for advice from an older and wiser friend:

"We special NPC spend a lot of time alone, waiting to be summoned that few times per year" Father Winter explained. "Probably the Reaper feels lonely too. What about throwing a party?"

Hard to tell whether the Reaper enjoyed the day or not. I mean, it's not like they are really expressive... Wearing those head-bags during a dinner party wasn't particularly comfortable, either.

What's sure, however, is that Timmy's trailer was a disaster by the end of that small party.

Good luck, Timmy, for sure I'm not helping you with any of that!
